Location: Anderson, South Carolina

About the Role

Molnlycke is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our WMSdriven distribution center in Anderson, South Carolina. This is a handson role for individuals who are dependable, detailoriented, and motivated to grow within a warehouse environment that values teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support healthcare professionals and patients around the world. Successful candidates bring a strong work ethic, comfort using technology, and a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do



  • Perform warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling.
  • Use SAP WMS, scanners, and other warehouse systems to complete transactions accurately.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling products and inventory.
  • Communicates issues, errors, or delays proactively with supervisors and team members.
  • Meet productivity and performance expectations while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Support a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.



What We're Looking For

Education & Experience



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Relevant warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience may be considered.
  • Comfort using basic PC systems, scanners, and warehouse technology.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory handling.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively and meet productivity targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate for this role is $17.00 -$19.50 / hour. Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, candidate location, and role-specific requirements.
