Position SummaryThe College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences Information Technology Systems team at the University of Virginia seeks a highly collaborative and technically sophisticated Data and Integration Specialist to lead modernization efforts across enterprise data workflows, systems integration, automation, and operational analytics. This role will serve as a key technical contributor responsible for strengthening the College's ability to leverage data strategically, automate operational processes, and improve institutional decision-making through scalable, sustainable technology solutions. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of systems architecture, data governance, workflow automation, analytics enablement, and stakeholder partnership. This is an opportunity for a technically strong and operationally minded professional to help shape the future state of enterprise data operations within one of the University's largest and most complex academic environments. The position requires an individual who can independently drive initiatives, influence technical direction, and build trusted relationships across academic and administrative stakeholders. This position is located in Charlottesville VA Anticipated Hiring Range: $105,000-$115,000 commensurate with education and experience. This is an Exempt level, benefited position.
