Expertise in hospitality, food and beverage operations, and a strong focus on wine, mixology, and culinary innovation is essential. Exceptional organizational, communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, make a strong leader in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, and collaborate with Culinary leadership to lead kitchen and back-of-house functions.

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial objectives, including revenue growth and cost control.

  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality.

  • Build lasting relationships with guests, vendors, and the community to enhance the restaurant's reputation.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to curate and deliver a memorable dining experience.

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to ensure excellence in every aspect of service.

Your Experience Includes:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

  • Expertise in food and beverage operations, guest service, and staff management.

  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control.

  • Knowledge of industry trends, compliance standards, and high-end service techniques.

  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
