Responsibilities
Recuiter Hospital Setting Metropolitan Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility) Position Summary We are currently looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will be under the direction of the HR Director and responsible for a high volume of recruitment & on-boarding support, and develops sources for prospective employees need to meet staffing requirements. This position primarily performs preliminary screenings, interviews, and testing, routes applications to appropriate Hiring Managers; maintains appropriate employment records and systems including but not limited to job requisitions, postings, applications, resumes, job descriptions, and employee files. The HR Recruiter works directly with the HR Director and Hiring Managers on fulfilling recruitment needs and tracks on-boarding progress through the probation period. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or similar experience within an acute medical or psychiatric treatment setting. This is an in-person position for per diem to part-time hours.
