Overview of the Position: Under the direction of the Senior Direct, Engineering and Engineering Supervisor, create component repair documentation, suitable for FAA and/or airline approval. Create manufacturing data needed to fabricate components, printed circuit boards and other items to support the repair of aircraft components. Support the repair station technicians by providing technical assistance, test and assembly fixture creation and detailed procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education / Experience Requirements: College graduation with degree or demonstrated equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree (Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering preferred); or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
