Description

    Moyie Springs Idaho Forest Group is looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our people and daily HR operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and wants to grow in Human Resources. You'll be involved in everything from hiring and onboarding to payroll, benefits, and employee support in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.

    What You'll Do



    • Post job openings, review candidates, and coordinate interviews
    • Support onboarding and ensure a smooth new hire experience
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
    • Assist employees with a variety of situations
    • Support team events and activities
    • Run HR reports and support ongoing projects
    • Provide general support for the management team


    What We're Looking For



    • High school diploma or GED (associate's degree preferred)
    • 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or 3+ years in office administration
    • Basic understanding of HR practices and compliance
    • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
    • Ability to pass a background check, hair follicle pre-employment drug test, and physical


    Compensation & Benefits



    • Salary: $44,000 - $51,000 per year (based on experience)
    • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting after 30 days
    • Retirement: 401(k) with 5% company match starting immediately

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distance, and climb stairs.

    • Repetitive use of hands - frequent for clerical duties
    • Stand/walk - occasional

    • Vision - near and far correctable; depth perception

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, airborne particles (sawdust).
