Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in the design, preparation, and testing of drug formulations, including small molecules, biologics, or advanced delivery systems.
  • Conduct routine laboratory experiments, such as solution preparation, stability testing, and analytical measurements under supervision.
  • Support method development and validation activities using techniques like HPLC, UVVis, dissolution testing, or other analytical tools (training provided).
  • Help maintain accurate laboratory documentation, including lab notebooks, batch records, and data summaries.
  • Participate in data analysis, compiling results into clear tables, graphs, and reports for internal review.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support ongoing development projects.
  • Follow all safety, compliance, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines to ensure a safe and highquality work environment.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in drug development, formulation, or analytical chemistry.
  • Basic laboratory experience (academic or industry) is helpful but not required.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable learning new techniques and asking thoughtful questions.
