Responsibilities The Wealth Specialty Asset Support Analyst provides critical operational and administrative support for the management of unique and hard-to-value assets held in fiduciary accounts. These assets include real estate, closely held business interests, mineral, oil and gas interests, loans and notes, life insurance, and tangible personal property. This role supports the full lifecycle of unique assets from pre acceptance and onboarding through ongoing administration, monitoring, valuation, annual review and disposition, while ensuring adherence to fiduciary standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. The Analyst works closely with Specialty Asset Managers, Wealth Advisors, Operations, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and clients to ensure unique assets are administered in a controlled, consistent, and well documented manner. This position plays an essential role in mitigating risk while enabling efficient unique asset administration and delivering high quality client service.
