Director of Event Sales

Chasing Rabbits Vail is seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Director of Event Sales to lead and grow our private events and group sales business.

This is a full-time leadership role responsible for generating revenue through strategic outreach, relationship building, and flawless execution of events ranging from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee the full event lifecycle—from prospecting and booking to coordination and post-event follow-up—while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment are essential.

Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, creating customized proposals, achieving revenue goals, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Prior experience in event sales, hospitality, or venue management is strongly preferred.
