Responsibilities
Clinical Outreach Liaison- IOP Mental Health We are seeking a Clinical Outreach Liaison to support access to care for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) through clinically informed community outreach and referral engagement. This role is responsible for the execution of outreach activities with a strong clinical lens, ensuring referral partners are supported in identifying appropriate level-of-care placements. Working within established outreach priorities, the Liaison will serve as a clinical resource in the community, helping bridge gaps between providers and treatment services. This is a field-based, externally focused role and does not include responsibility for internal program operations, staffing, or clinical service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
