About the Job

We are seeking undergraduate research assistants to help with a project assessing the impacts of nonnative crack willows on stream geomorphology. The project will be based in and around the Duluth area and will involve extensive field work including stream surveying, debris documentation, installation and maintenance of temperature monitors, and assistance with tree surveys and leaf litter monitoring. Assistants will also be responsible for data entry, data organization, and initial data analysis. This project is part of a joint research effort between Earth & Environmental Sciences (Karen Gran, John Swenson) and NRRI (Andrej Pilipovic).

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.25 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience
