Core responsibilities Develop and maintain schedules: Create comprehensive project schedules that detail tasks, dependencies, durations, and resource assignments using project management software. Coordinate and communicate: Collaborate with project managers, internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals, deadlines, and progress. Monitor and analyze progress: Track project execution against the schedule, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and analyze performance data to forecast risks and suggest solutions. Report and advise: Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders on project health, timelines, and key milestones. Advise the team on necessary schedule adjustments or remediation plans. Manage resources: Help plan resource allocation and priorities to ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
