What You'll Do

As a Case Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping move cases forward quickly and accurately by gathering important information from providers and patients.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to:

    • Physician offices
    • Healthcare providers
    • Patients


  • Obtain clinical and administrative information needed for case processing
  • Clearly explain the purpose of each call and gather complete, accurate details
  • Follow established scripts, workflows, and service standards
  • Document call activity thoroughly in internal systems
  • Support turnaround times and overall client satisfaction through timely follow-up


Quality & Administrative Support

  • Review reports, correspondence, and documentation for quality and completeness
  • Identify inconsistencies and escalate or resolve as needed
  • Ensure reports meet company, client, and regulatory requirements
  • Support complaint resolution and service recovery efforts when needed
  • Participate in training and ongoing development programs


What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of healthcare, insurance, claims, case coordination, or related experience
  • Strong communication skills with confidence on outbound calls
  • Ability to manage high call volume professionally and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment


Preferred Backgrounds

Experience in:



  • Medical offices
  • Insurance claims
  • Workers compensation
  • Disability / liability claims
  • Prior authorization
  • Case management support
  • Healthcare customer service


Technical Skills

  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems while on calls
  • General office technology proficiency

Schedule

You will be assigned one consistent shift:



  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

    or
  • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST
