Works closely with product development, supply chain, project management, marketing and sales teams to ensure compliance of lubricants marketed on a global basis. Assists with ensuring products marketed meet regulatory requirements related to GHS, USMCA, Import/Export regulations, REACH and other regulatory entities as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Review and approves industrial and consumer packaging to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Manages internal and external product regulatory requests by assigning ownership and updating status'.
  • Organizes, updates and controls SDS documents and records.
  • Validates data basis related to Proposition 65, SVHC, REACH and all other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Maintains well-organized records that allow ready retrieval of required information.
  • Prepares documentation to assist in fulfilling requests associated to USMCA.
  • Completes product and chemical classification of shipping hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Supports new product development.
  • Actively participates in initiatives to improve processes and procedures.
  • Performs other product stewardship functions as assigned.


  • Requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Excellent comprehension skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • 1-3 years' experience in regulatory chemical and product compliance
  • Experience with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard is a plus
  • Knowledge in Consumer and Industrial product labeling is a plus
  • Training in 49 CFR, USDOT, IATA, and IMDG is a plus


Technology/Equipment: Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point

      The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $75,000 and $86,000 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:



      1. Experience and qualifications: The depth of relevant experience and specific skills you bring to the position.
      2. Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
      3. Market and industry benchmarks: We compare compensation packages with industry standards to ensure we are competitive.
