Position Summary

FedData Technology Solutions is seeking two (2) experienced Inside Sales Representatives to support our U.S. Army ITES-4H contract vehicle. This role is the engine behind our federal hardware and software sales operation: driving quote velocity, protecting margin, managing OEM relationships, and converting RFQs into won deals. The ideal candidate has direct experience selling IT products into the federal government through IDIQ contract vehicles and understands the mechanics of deal registration, special pricing, and configuration quoting at scale.

We want sales professionals who treat this as a career, not a stop. The best performers in this role are curious, competitive, and take ownership of their pipeline. They know how to read a deal, work a registration, and push back on OEMs when the pricing isn't there yet. If you've built your own playbook for winning federal IT deals and you want to keep building, we want to talk to you.

Essential Job Functions

Respond to federal customer RFQs accurately and on deadline, with a focus on ITES-4H (and ITES-3H legacy) task orders
Build, price, and submit quotes using Contraqer or comparable configuration/quoting platforms
Execute OEM deal registration across Cisco, Dell, HPE, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, VMware, Lenovo, and other federal-focused manufacturers
  • Secure strategic pricing, bid desk approvals, and special pricing requests (SPRs) from OEMs and distributors to win competitive opportunities
  • Manage the full opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, activity logging, and quote-to-order handoff
  • Partner with capture, contracts, and program management teams to structure winning responses on ITES-4H task orders
Maintain working knowledge of ITES-4H CLIN structure, catalog requirements, and contract compliance rules
Build and sustain relationships with distribution partners (TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, Carahsoft, Arrow, Immix) and OEM federal sales teams
  • Identify pricing strategies that balance win probability with margin protection

  • There is no clearance required for this position however must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance if required by contract

  • 3+ years of inside sales, federal sales, or sales operations experience in IT product reselling or government contracting
  • Demonstrated experience responding to federal RFQs and building multi-line product quotes
Working knowledge of OEM deal registration processes and strategic/special pricing workflows
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM
Strong attention to detail; ability to manage 10+ active quotes simultaneously without dropping deadlines
