Senior Manager, Human Resources
Location: Houston, TX (onsite)
We're looking for a strategic, peoplefocused Senior Manager, Human Resources to partner with business leaders and drive impactful HR initiatives. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, strengthen employee engagement, support organizational design, and lead talent strategies that align with business goals. You'll help build a highperforming culture and guide leaders through all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do:
Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, compensation, and organizational design
Align HR strategies with business objectives
Lead initiatives across talent acquisition, development, engagement, and total rewards
Oversee compensation planning, benchmarking, and merit cycles
Strengthen performance management programs and tools
Provide guidance on employment law, workforce planning, and associate relations
Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
Support retention, morale, and engagement efforts
Identify training and leadership development needs
Support integration of newly acquired teams
Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations
Improve onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
Lead and support HR Business Partners, including coaching and development
Manage escalations and complex HR matters
What you bring:
5+ years of HR experience supporting 500+ employees
Multistate HR experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong employee relations background
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning
Ability to balance strategy with handson execution
Calm, objective, and empathetic approach in highpressure situations
Passion for culturebuilding and talent development
Flexibility for occasional extended hours and travel
