SAP PP / PM / QM Consultant 1000241 Job details Posted 23 April 2026 Location Midlothian, TX Reference 1000241 Job description SAP PP / PM / QM Consultant - MES Focus Location: Midlothian, TX (OnSite preferred; Hybrid considered for the right candidate) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 months Position Overview We are seeking a junior to midlevel SAP Functional Consultant with experience in Production Planning (PP) and exposure to Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) to support manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with senior SAP team members and business users to support, enhance, and troubleshoot SAP solutions in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of SAP functional experience, a foundational understanding of shopfloor and production processes, and exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integrations. Key Responsibilities SAP Functional Support Provide daytoday functional support across SAP PP, PM, and QM modules Assist business users with production planning, maintenance, and qualityrelated processes Troubleshoot SAP issues and coordinate resolution with functional and technical teams Support minor configuration changes and system enhancements Manufacturing & Process Support Support manufacturing and shopfloor processes within SAP Assist with production planning execution, work orders, maintenance notifications, and quality inspections Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support process improvements Integration & Systems Support integration between SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Participate in testing activities including unit testing and user acceptance testing Assist with system documentation and knowledge transfer Collaboration Work closely with senior SAP consultants, developers, and business users Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Support ongoing SAP initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications Core Experience 2-4 years of SAP experience working with ECC and/or S/4HANA Strong working knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) Exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or SAP Quality Management (QM) Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments Basic understanding of production planning and shopfloor operations Additional Skills Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus Strong problemsolving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and IT teams Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SAP in manufacturing or heavy industrial settings Familiarity with production execution and plantlevel integrations Experience participating in SAP rollouts, enhancements, or optimization initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile Junior to midlevel SAP consultant eager to grow functional expertise Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset Able to support operational teams and adapt to changing priorities Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
