Oracle Financial Systems Analyst w/ APEX
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP / Financial Systems Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise ERP platforms with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EBusiness Suite. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to deliver system improvements, integrations, and automation that support evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials, solid technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams in a fastpaced, agile environment.


Key Responsibilities
ERP & Financial Systems Support

  • Support and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials, including:

    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)


  • Provide working support and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, including:

    • Procurement
    • Inventory
    • Bill of Materials (BOM)
    • Work in Process (WIP)
    • Order Management (OM)


  • Support legacy and hybrid environments involving Oracle EBusiness Suite Financials and/or SCM


Integrations & Data Management

  • Support and enhance integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBusiness Suite, and other enterprise applications
  • Collaborate on cloudbased and middleware integrations to ensure reliable, scalable data flow
  • Troubleshoot integration, data, and interface issues as they arise


Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Support BI and reporting platforms, including:

    • Hyperion
    • OBIEE


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial and operational insights
  • Assist with reporting enhancements and data analysis


Business Partnership & Delivery

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to deliver system enhancements, automation, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Work with onsite and offshore development teams in an Agile delivery model
  • Coordinate with IT operations to ensure systems are delivered in a secure, reliable, and scalable manner
  • Provide mentoring and handson support to team members as needed


Required Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field


Core Experience

  • Strong handson experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM)
  • Experience supporting or integrating Oracle EBusiness Suite is a plus
  • Strong experience with SQL / PLSQL and relational database systems


Technical Skills

  • Experience with BI and reporting tools, including Hyperion and OBIEE
  • Understanding of:

    • Information management and data modeling
    • System integrations
    • Software development and delivery methodologies
    • Web technologies (REST, WSDL, APIs, middleware concepts)


  • Familiarity with cloudbased integration platforms (e.g., integration middleware solutions) is a plus
