SAP Ariba consultant 997625 Job details Posted 23 April 2026 Location Tampa, FL Reference 997625 Job description SAP Ariba Consultant / Analyst Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support and enhance enterprise procurement and supplier collaboration solutions. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Ariba modules while ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP systems. The ideal candidate has strong handson Ariba experience, a deep understanding of ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes, and the ability to lead initiatives endtoend while collaborating with business users, IT teams, and external partners. Key Responsibilities SAP Ariba Configuration & Support Support and enhance SAP Ariba solutions for procurement and supplier collaboration Configure and maintainAriba modules such as: Buying and Invoicing Sourcing Contracts Participate in implementation, rollout, and major enhancement initiatives involving SAP Ariba Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution ProcuretoPay (P2P) & Functional Expertise Support core ProcuretoPay processes, including requisitioning, approvals, ordering, invoicing, and payments Ensure proper interaction between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC or S/4HANA Support procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules Assist with supplier enablement and invoice processing within Ariba Integration & Supplier Collaboration Support integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S/4HANA Work with Ariba Network to enable supplier collaboration and transaction flows Support and troubleshoot integration issues across procurement and invoicing processes Continuous Improvement & Delivery Lead assigned initiatives endtoend, from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and system usability Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to deliver highquality solutions Required Qualifications Core Technical Experience Strong handson experience with SAP Ariba solutions Experience working with one or moreAriba modules: Buying and Invoicing Sourcing Contracts Prior involvement in Ariba implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements Functional Knowledge Strong understanding of ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes Familiarity with procurement approvals, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing Experience supporting integration between Ariba and SAP ERP systems NicetoHave Experience Experience with Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) Experience with catalog enablement and approval workflows in Ariba Familiarity with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) integrations Exposure to Vertex tax integration in procurement or invoicing scenarios Key Skills & Competencies SAP Ariba Functional & Technical Expertise ProcuretoPay (P2P) Process Knowledge ERP Integration (SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA) Supplier Collaboration & Enablement Strong Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Ability to Lead Initiatives with Full Ownership Collaborative and ResultsDriven Mindset Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communicator comfortable working with business users, IT teams, and external partners Able to take ownership of initiatives and deliver results endtoend Organized, detailoriented, and proactive problem solver Comfortable working in complex, integrated enterprise environments Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
