Position Summary The HR Benefits Coordinator provides entry-level administrative support for employee benefit programs across the United States and Canada. This role is responsible for the accurate processing, maintenance, and reconciliation of benefits-related data while ensuring timely coordination between payroll, HR systems, benefit vendors, and Shared Services. The coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day benefits operations, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with employee inquiries, while gaining foundational experience in benefits administration within a collaborative HR environment. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $20 USD - $23 USD hourly.
