THE ROLE We are seeking a senior leader to own and drive execution of largescale, technically complex programs that span AI systems, developer platforms, infrastructure, and external ecosystems. This role is responsible for delivering multiquarter initiatives from concept through launch, while building and scaling a highperforming Technical Program Management organization. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, research, infrastructure, and external partners, bringing clarity, rigor, and accountability to some of the company's most critical technical programs. THE PERSON The ideal candidate is a proven technical program leader with strong systems thinking, technical credibility, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives on a scale. You bring ownership, influence, and calm execution to ambiguous, fastmoving environments, and you are equally comfortable driving technical discussions or coaching senior TPMs. You are motivated by impact, accountability, and building teams that consistently deliver highquality outcomes KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program & Portfolio Ownership
