THE ROLE

We are seeking a senior leader to own and drive execution of largescale, technically complex programs that span AI systems, developer platforms, infrastructure, and external ecosystems. This role is responsible for delivering multiquarter initiatives from concept through launch, while building and scaling a highperforming Technical Program Management organization.

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, research, infrastructure, and external partners, bringing clarity, rigor, and accountability to some of the company's most critical technical programs.

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate is a proven technical program leader with strong systems thinking, technical credibility, and a track record of delivering complex initiatives on a scale. You bring ownership, influence, and calm execution to ambiguous, fastmoving environments, and you are equally comfortable driving technical discussions or coaching senior TPMs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program & Portfolio Ownership

• Own and drive execution of a portfolio of large, multiquarter technical programs from planning through delivery.
• Define clear program goals, successful metrics, milestones, dependencies, and operating rhythms.
• Identify risks early and actively drive crossteam resolution and tradeoff decisions.

CrossFunctional Leadership

• Partner closely with engineering, product, research, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Align stakeholders across organizations and geographies around shared priorities and outcomes.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex execution and dependency challenges.

Platform, Ecosystem & Partnership Programs

• Lead execution of initiatives spanning developer platforms, AI tooling, ecosystem integrations, and partner collaborations.
• Coordinate technical readiness, launch execution, and postlaunch followthrough.
• Ensure programs deliver clear and measurable value to developers, partners, and end customers.

Infrastructure & Systems Programs

• Drive technically complex initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, AI systems, and performancesensitive workloads.
• Coordinate across software, hardware, and partner teams to deliver scalable, productionready solutions.

Customer & External Engagement

• Own execution for customerfacing and partnerfacing technical programs.
• Act as a senior point of coordination during highvisibility external engagements.
• Ensure external commitments are realistic, wellscoped, and delivered with quality.

Performance & Optimization Initiatives

• Lead programs focused on AI performance, inference efficiency, kernel optimization, and systemlevel improvements.
• Partner deeply with technical teams to balance execution rigor with innovation velocity.
• Support opensource or external technical releases where applicable.

People & Organization Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Set clear expectations for ownership, execution discipline, communication, and technical depth.
• Develop future TPM leaders through coaching, feedback, and career development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or systems leadership.
• Proven track record leading large, crossfunctional, technically complex programs.
• Strong technical foundation in one or more of the following areas:
• AI/ML systems
• Cloud or largescale infrastructure
• Performance engineering
• Developer platforms or tooling
• Experience working directly with senior engineering leadership, partners, and customers.
• Demonstrated people management and organizational leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with AI inference, performance optimization, or distributed systems.
• Background working with developer ecosystems or opensource communities.
• Experience leading programs across multiple regions or time zones.
