Rite-Hite Service Administrators support the Service Department, Sales Department, and customers through the timely entry of parts and related orders and preparation of invoices. In this role you will have a strong focus on billing, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely invoicing processes for all completed service work. The successful candidate will ensure the timely acquisition of parts and materials to meet installation, service, and PMP schedules; maintain inventory within acceptable levels; and support the accurate and timely processing of service jobs. In addition, the Service Administrator monitors the service system and generates invoices for completed service jobs, ensuring all customer billing requirements are met and helping to drive timely payment of invoices. Required Experience:Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. This position requires a minimum of one year of related experience, prior experience in a field service environment is preferred.In addition, the Service Administrator must have good attention to detail, be able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball, and have strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.
