How Will You Contribute to the Company?
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk with a keen eye for organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and data entry support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the challenges of supporting a growing office of diverse people and programs. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimal supervision. This position requires frequent communication and coordination with senior staff.
What you will do
- SKU Creation and SKU Maintenance involving ERP and Integrated systems
- Coordinate and perform project-based work
- Review systematic practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Conducts clerical duties, including reporting, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Develop and process presentations, letters, documents, spreadsheets, charts, and reports using Microsoft Office software
- Intercompany coordination and Set Up of Item Numbers with Distribution Teams
- Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills (in English)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Sharepoint; Concur, Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX) or SAP experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Data Entry.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan:Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
