Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

HealthPartners Regions Behavioral Health Clinics are seeking a master's-level therapist to join our team.

This position is 0.6-1.0 FTE and supports multiple Well@Work clinic sites (Hugo, Rogers, and Eagan), providing both inperson and telemedicine psychotherapy. Well@Work is an employer-based clinic model that supports the personal health needs of client employees and their dependent populations. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful psychotherapy while working alongside a small, collaborative team in a unique setting, making a positive impact on a defined patient population.

We value and actively support clinical growth and professional development. Therapists receive continuing education funds, paid education days, ongoing consultation, internal training opportunities, and coverage of professional licensing dues.

Schedule:

-Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., prorated based on FTE.

-In-person one day per week at each clinic site (Hugo, Rogers, and Eagan).

-Non-in-clinic days are remote/workfromhome.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in a recognized mental health field.

Experience: Minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience, post degree, with a broad range of presenting problems and therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.

Licensure: Licensed to practice independently as a mental health professional in Minnesota as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
