Description Senior Health CenterNursing/Clinical Support This is a per diem position with variable hours. By offering multiple levels of care in one location, Mid Coast Senior Health Center enables individuals to live at the highest level of independence possible while receiving the appropriate level of care in a supportive environment. Our care is delivered in a holistic, personalized manner designed to enhance the quality of life for each resident. The Activities Aide supports the Manager of Social Events & Volunteers and Social Events Coordinators in providing meaningful, engaging, and purposeful activities for residents. Recognizing that every interaction is an opportunity for engagement, the Activities Aide helps plan and deliver a daily calendar of activities that reflects individual interests and supports the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each resident. This role spends approximately 70% of time interacting directly with residents and 30% supporting documentation, planning, and organization. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
