Your role

Portal Management (80%)

- Monitor the Purchase Order (PO) mailbox and ensure PO's and Requests are transmitted to the appropriate employees in a timely manner.

- Review new work orders for accuracy and accept or reject them as applicable.

- Send work orders and relevant required information to the appropriate contact for processing.

- Maintain detailed notes regarding work order status and completion.

- Utilize all available software reports, and liaise with service and sales to communicate WO status and ensure timely completion

- Submit requests for quote approval as needed

- Upload supporting documentation to work orders when complete, and submit for approval

- Recognize and escalate issues as appropriate

- Obtain and review approvals for customer portal use

- Complete the required registration and questionnaires to enable portal use, or facilitate the completion by involving appropriate departments.

- Update the Portal Customer Master list to track portal use and cost.

- Provide support to internal and external customers regarding portal use.

- Create/edit/deactivate portal users as required

Data Management (15%) - Support other team members within the CTS Corporate team with general administrative data management activities. Activities will mainly focus on our Parts data management and our Equipment data management.

Professional Development (5%) - Through training and experience, develop skills such as time management, customer relations, data management, and other skills needed to be proficient in this role. Additionally, attend training as assigned to gain knowledge of Atlas Copco's compressed air business and products.

Perform other duties as assigned.


To succeed, you will need

Experience

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or technical role.

Education

2-year Business, or Marketing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

Must be a self-directed team player, who has a positive attitude, and is customer success oriented. Must also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.

Must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks and time management throughout the day

Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Rock Hill office in South Carolina
