Structural Superintendent

As a Structural Superintendent, you will operate at the center of field execution-translating plans into reality, aligning crews to priorities, and ensuring every aspect of structural work is delivered efficiently, safely, and to specification. This role is suited to someone who thrives in dynamic site environments and is comfortable leading experienced forepeople while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for leading structural construction activities on site, directing multiple forepeople and trade crews to achieve project objectives. This includes workforce planning, scheduling, and workface coordination, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. You will balance productivity, cost control, and quality assurance while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities
