Overview

The Maintenance Planner supports the facilities department by coordinating and executing lab equipment installations, relocations, and retirements, while maintaining accurate and up to date equipment information within the CMMS system. The Facilities Administrator also provides essential facilities project support, including developing project schedules and tracking progress to ensure timely completion. Additionally, this role supports and leads lab equipment relocations, serving as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, customers.

This is an onsite role primarily based at our Cambridge, MA location, with occasional travel to other Alnylam sites within Massachusetts.
Role Responsibilities
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and executing lab equipment installations, relocations and retirements.
  • Placing and tracking enabling work orders.
  • Supporting, coordinating and leading lab relocations.
  • Developing, maintaining and closing project schedules for Facilities projects.
  • Maintaining lab equipment storage inventory for Massachusetts locations.
  • Developing and maintaining procedures and protocols for Facilities.
  • Maintain reporting and metrics related to projects, and equipment lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience or a high school diploma with a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Experience in working in GxP environments required
  • Ability to organize information and implement processes to ensure projects and
  • Ability to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical/operational focus is required.
  • Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations is required
  • Ability to present data in written and oral format
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage simultaneous tasks, work under pressure, track and monitor progress of multiple projects and follow through to ensure goal achievement.

  • Ability to work at all Alnylam Massachusetts site locations/facilities.

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

U.S. Pay Range

$78,200.00 - $105,800.00

The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
