The Annenberg School of Journalism at the University of Southern California seeks a highly qualified adjunct instructor to teachJOUR/COMM 499 Inside the Agency: A Fundamental Experience to Jumpstart Your Career Inside the Agency: A Fundamental Experience to Jumpstart Your Career is a professional development opportunity primarily for undergraduate Communication students. This class has been developed to enhance our current pre-professional opportunities for undergraduates and allow students to better utilize the remaining of their coursework and our career development services and programming. Applicants should have at least three years' experience working in a related field. Teaching experience is desirable. The hourly range for this position is $37.88 - $46.96. USC reserves the "Adjunct" appointment for faculty teaching less than full-time at USC, who are employed full-time in a primary profession or career elsewhere. Adjunct faculty typically teach only one course per year, but in exceptional cases, may teach one course per semester, if approved by the dean.
