Corporate Actions & Income Processor

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Corporate Actions & Income Processor for a position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid 6 month contract opportunity requiring 4 days per week on-site.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

This role provides crucial support for corporate action and income-related custody and accounting processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, processing dividend and interest payments, and maintaining accurate documentation within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action and income-related custody and accounting processing
• Process liability notices, and process and allocate dividend and interest payments
• Initiate, process, and maintain voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and dividends on products
• Support and complete basic client inquiries and requests
• Assist in reconciling client holdings versus agent holdings for corporate action transaction processing
• Ensure all relevant documentation and recordkeeping is maintained within event files
• Participate in client conversion, release and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• High School/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-1 years of total work experience preferred
• Experience in financial services processing preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Flexible in shifts
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 2 years of total work experience preferred.
