Job Summary

The Software Engineer V will be responsible for building custom software solutions of high-quality while following the coding standards and technical design.

Please Note: This is a Softwre Engineer V role, you must have at least 15yrs. software development experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the material handling industry as well. Lastly, but most importantly, this role requires the candidate to be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. Please assure to answer application questions openly and honestly. Designs and develops software applications
• Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development
• process
• Typically reports to a manager
• May provide consultation on complex projects.
• Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or
• industry knowledge.
• Works autonomously.
• May provide a leadership role for a work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
• Some travel is expected, up to 15%

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications

1) .NET

• Proficiency with C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency with troubleshooting/debugging software applications
• Experience with the following technologies:
• Windows Services
• Microsoft Entity Framework
• SQL, LINQ
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle
• TCP/IP
• Having experience with the following development tools:
• Microsoft Visual Studio
• Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Microsoft Azure/DevOps, Git
• Source Control and Bug Tracking
• Microsoft SQL Management Studio
• Microsoft Visio
• Microsoft Office
• Experience designing and developing Web based systems, as well as Client / Server based applications.
• Experience in software development lifecycle methodology
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

2) Java

• Proficiency with Java and the JDK Framework
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency with troubleshooting/debugging software applications
• Experience with the following technologies: i. Java Messaging Service ii. Java Servlet iii. Windows Services iv. Microsoft SQL Server v. Oracle vi. TCP/IP
• Having experience with the following development tools:
  • Eclipse
  • Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • StarTeam
  • Microsoft Azure/DevOps, Git
  • Source Control and Bug Tracking vi. Microsoft SQL Management Studio
  • Oracle SQL Developer
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Microsoft Office

3) JavaScript

• Proficiency with C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency with troubleshooting/debugging software applications
• Experience with the following technologies:
  • Microsoft ASP.NET MVC Framework
  • Microsoft Entity Framework
  • Vue.js, Angular.js, or experience with other Javascript reactive frameworks
  • HTML, CSS, AJAX, SQL, LINQ
  • MVC and MVVM architectural patterns
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Oracle viii. .NET Core
  • WCF/Web API
  • Microsoft Windows Presentation Framework (WPF)
  • Windows Services
• Having experience with the following development tools:
