Your Job As a Production Supervisor in our electronics manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in driving daily execution, operational excellence, and team performance. You will lead and develop a team of production associates and technicians, ensuring manufacturing output meets customer demand while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This role requires visible, handson leadership, strong problemsolving capability, and a commitment to developing people while operating in a fastpaced, regulated manufacturing environment. Our Team You will be part of a production operations team responsible for assembling highprecision electronic components in a structured manufacturing environment. The team supports highmix production and works closely with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure products are built right the first time. Supervisors are empowered to make decisions, drive engagement on the floor, and directly influence safety, quality, delivery, and employee development outcomes.
