We are seeking a talented individual to bring their unique artistic flair to apparel products, shaping the visual identity of items that inspire movement, play, and durability. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact, translating seasonal concepts into commercially viable and trend-right designs that delight and engage consumers. Your work will directly influence the aesthetic and appeal of products, contributing to a brand that champions creativity and innovation.

**What You'll Do**

* Develop and create original print and pattern designs for a wide range of apparel products, informed by comprehensive research into current market trends, color stories, cultural influences, and specific consumer insights.

* Craft detailed design specifications and technical pattern repeats, separations, and colorways essential for production.

* Utilize industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, to meticulously build and refine artwork.

* Manage multiple projects concurrently across various seasons, categories, and age groups, consistently meeting key deadlines.

* Actively participate in design reviews, providing thoughtful and constructive feedback to peers and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure designs align with brand vision and performance requirements.

* Collaborate closely with product development, graphic design, apparel design, and footwear design teams, as well as other cross-category partners, to ensure cohesive and innovative product lines.

**What You'll Bring**

* Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* 5+ years of experience in print and pattern design, preferably within apparel, footwear, or a related consumer product industry.

* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

* **A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and pattern designs is required for consideration; applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.**

* Advanced understanding of color theory, pattern repeat techniques, and textile processes.

* Strong creative and artistic skills with a refined eye for detail, color, and composition.

* Ability to work independently while excelling in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

* Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
