Summary of Position The Executive Director, Business Engineering sits alongside Global & Regional business operations, GDS technology (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) and the Global & Regional Technology and operationalTeams.The role focuses on translating commercial and operational requirements into scalable GDS configurations and solutions.Initially this role will collaborate with key stakeholders in leading the GDS transformation team for the implementation of a Primary GDS Partner within each Region of CTM. The Executive Director, Business Engineering will manage the implementation of strategic initiatives and leading innovation to solve business problems by designing and improving processes, systems, and technology. This role is responsible for creating and implementing tech solutions, analyzing data to find trends, and collaborating with various teams such as product, operations, technology, sales, and strategic business owners to align with business goals.
