Pay rate: $110 - $125,000 annually

Your Opportunity:

TechSource is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the W93 Program (NA-125.5). You'll manage executive schedules, compile briefings and reports, maintain and update trackers, and coordinate activities with others in the group. You'll work onsite at the NNSA office located in Albuquerque, NM.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage executive schedules and calendars, multiple meetings, and work in both classified and unclassified environments.

* Assist with briefing preparation, track action items, and support staff with deliverables.

* Book travel and track travel expenses.

* Manage physical security of classified materials.

* Facilitate senior management correspondence and communication, including memos, reports, and other documentation.

* Support onboarding for new hires, including setting up office space and assisting new hires.

* Process visit requests.

* Assist with time sheet reviews and ensure compliance.

* Develop and present training material. Track training requirements and completion for staff.

* Manage facilities support and office space.

* DOE Q (or DoD Top Secret) security clearance required.

* 5 or more years of executive assistant experience.

* Experience working in a classified environment.

* Detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

* 1-2 years of experience developing training.

* MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro proficiency.

Preferred requirements:

* Federal government, DOE, or DoD work experience

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

* Nuclear weapons program experience.

* Interagency experience.
