We're seeking a dedicated Site Director (Site Coordinator) for our Before School Program, running 6:30 AM - 8:15 AM. This role is ideal for paraprofessionals or school staff looking for additional hours in a supportive, low-ratio environment.

In this position, you'll oversee a small group of elementary-aged children, ensuring a safe, calm, and positive start to their day. You'll manage light programming, supervise staff (if applicable), and build strong relationships with students, families, and school partners-all while enjoying a more relaxed pace with fewer children and higher pay.

Experience as a Site Director (Site Coordinator) provides valuable skills working directly with youth and in a supervisory capacity that can lead to growth in a variety of fields.

• Must be at least 20 years old
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must meet the requirements for a Site Director in the state of New Hampshire
• Wage is based on experience
• Must be certified in NH - current resume, transcripts, and work experience must be available for interview
