You Are:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise financial solutions. The role requires deep functional knowledge, architectural leadership, and experience in global financial consolidation and reporting.

The opportunity:

* Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP FICO including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Group Reporting

* Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy

* Architect and deliver SAP Group Reporting / Financial Consolidation solutions (intercompany elimination, consolidation, ownership structures)

* Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions

* Lead full lifecycle implementations (blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare)

* Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, BW, BTP, etc.)

* Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks

* Provide expert guidance on financial processes, regulatory reporting, and compliance

* Drive process optimization and automation using latest SAP innovations (AI/ML, RPA where applicable)

* Act as trusted advisor to business and leadership, presenting solution designs and roadmaps

* Mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional teams

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP FICO

* 3+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Finance

* Hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting / Financial Consolidation

* Deep expertise in:

* General Ledger (New GL / Universal Journal)

* Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Asset Accounting

* Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting

* COPA, Product Costing

* Strong understanding of:

* Intercompany reconciliation & consolidation processes

* Financial close and reporting cycles

* Experience with global template design and multi-entity environments

* Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote-US

Compensation Range : $109,000-$164,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
