Weekend Option Bonus: $20/hr for RNs ???? About Our Unit High-paced 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for STEMI, CHF, arrhythmia, BP management, stroke, and post-cardiac catheterization patients. Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 with PCA support. Culture of communication, accountability, respect, and teamwork. Qualifications Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited RN program Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Must meet all state board of nursing requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a RN required. Certifications Required: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire) Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion) Physical Requirements: Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed Why Mercy?
