The Job at a Glance

As a CX Analyst Intern, you'll help us make sense of customer and operational data - spotting trends, understanding what's working (and what's not), and helping shape where we focus next to improve the customer's experience.

You'll partner closely with Customer Experience and Operations leaders to understand what matters most to customers, identify opportunities for improvement, and track the effectiveness of changes over time. This is a hands on, analytical role offering exposure to real business decisions, CX strategy, and continuous improvement practices.

A Typical Day

  • Analyze customer experience data from multiple sources
  • Bring together proactive, reactive, and value add data to identify trends and understand what's driving performance
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the customer journey
  • Help define success metrics tied to CX initiatives
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to track performance and impact
  • Partner with cross functional teams to validate insights and align on priorities
  • Communicate findings through clear storytelling, recommendations, and presentations
  • Help quantify efficiency gains, cost avoidance, and capacity impacts associated with CX improvements

To Land This Opportunity

  • You're pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, or a related field
  • You have experience or strong interest in Excel, Python, SQL, or BI tools
  • You can connect data to business outcomes and customer impact
  • You enjoy analyzing systems and processes to improve efficiency
  • You're detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable presenting ideas
  • You thrive in collaborative, data-driven environments

About Your Future Team

You'll join a newly established Customer Success Team that loves continuous improvement, great collaboration, and good food. We dig into data, work closely across the business, and stay focused on finding smart, innovative ways to elevate the customer journey-all while keeping things fun along the way.

Parts Town is a pay-for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
