Position Title: Phlebotomist I Work Location :2 Bala Plaza, Ste LL1, Bala Cynwyd, PA Duration: 3+ months Work Schedule Shift: 1st Shift Hours: M-F 7 8a- 3pm Sat 7am -12 Position Summary The Phlebotomist I will work in a Patient Service Center (PSC) in a team-based environment, performing blood draws and specimen collection while ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established procedures. Background & Context This role is an interim hire to support extended lab hours and increased patient volume. There is potential for conversion based on performance and business needs. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Perform 25-30 blood draws per day Work with a diverse patient population, including geriatrics Collect, label, and process specimens accurately Ensure compliance with lab protocols and safety standards Collaborate effectively within a team environment Qualifications & Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy/venipuncture experience Experience with geriatric patients Comfortable working in a team-based setting Preferred: Lab Assistant experience Compliance Requirements Color vision screening required No THC screening required No mandatory Flu or COVID vaccination
