Position Title: Incident Coordinator Work Location: Remote (OH) Assignment Duration: 6 Months (Possibility to extend or convert) Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST - No OT unless needed - No weekends / holidays Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST - about 4 weeks to complete all training - 1on1 and classroom - NO TIME OFF DURING TRAINING Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, resolution and oversight of waiver incident reporting at member level and organizational level.
The primary functions will include waiver incident reporting education, incident reporting, incident investigation, incident processing and closure. Background & Context:
This role ensures compliance with organizational contracts, Ohio Administrative Code and CMS regulations related to the MyCare Ohio Waiver administered through the MMP in Ohio. Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor incident mailbox and triage incoming incidents
* Forward emails related to open cases
* Review Critical Incident Report daily and check for previous incidents
* Assign cases appropriately
* Maintain internal tracking sheet
* Follow all MyCare Waiver and MyCare SRS cases
* Upload all documents into IMS system
* Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations Qualification & Experience:
* Degree and or certificate/licensure required in Nursing, Social Work and/or Counseling
* Must have Ohio licensure as LPN, SWA, CHW, LSW or LPC
* 2 years experience in managed care
* Knowledge of Ohio MyCare Waiver and incident reporting
* Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
* Critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
