As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for supply chain management (SCM) performance for a business unit or major business unit location, leading the development of partner relationships with vendors and suppliers and maintaining relationships for long-term contracts. You'll support proposal activities and formulate and implement SCM strategies to meet the business needs while providing oversight of cost and pricing estimating activities for bids and proposals. Your command of all contractual/supply chain documents for accuracy, performance risk, and conformance with contract terms, conditions, and other provisions including applicable federal regulations and business team objectives prior to signature / acceptance will be pivotal to our success.

What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
  • Substantial ability to draft highly complex contractual instruments that comply with General Dynamic's policies/procedures, federal, state, Federal Acquisition Requirements/DFAR, and local laws
  • Ability to lead in the management and control of supplier's and assigned programs
  • Ability to develop negotiation strategies and negotiate contracts and subcontracts
  • Expert decision-making skills

This position is hybrid and will require at least 2-3 days a week onsite.

Target salary range: USD $149,902.00/Yr. - USD $166,298.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
