About the Team Our team is a multidisciplinary group working across brand design, packaging, and marketing communications, supporting one of our largest and most dynamic clients. The work spans multiple categories, formats, and touchpoints-from shelf to screen to store-requiring systems thinking, speed, and a deep understanding of how brands show up in the real world. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment embedded in the client's business, where creative ideas must scale across portfolios and channels. About the Role As a Senior Designer, you are a versatile, conceptually strong designer who can move fluidly across brand identity, packaging systems, and integrated campaign work. You have the ability to think about how it comes to life across the entire consumer journey. You bring strong CPG instincts and understand what drives impact on shelf, but you're equally comfortable extending that thinking into retail, digital, social, and campaign storytelling. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $76,500 USD - $86,500 USD annually plus bonus eligibility.
