Summer Help, Production

Dorner Manufacturing, a Columbus McKinnon Organization, has openings for temporary, summer help in production. Openings available on 1st and 2nd shift. Work consistent hours and gain valuable expereince; apply now!

This position will be assigned to different departments, work in operations where there is a need to backfill vacant positions, cover for leaves or spikes in business.

• Works in a safe manner complying with all safety procedures.
• Performs conveyor assemblies or sub assemblies from work orders or blueprints.
• Perform picking/packing/shipping functions.
• Maintains clean and safe work area following 5S procedures.
• Inspects finished product for defects and performs quality checks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands.
• Attention to detail.

• Ability to safely lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
