Job Summary The Senior Manager, Credit & Accounts Receivable leads Masimo's US credit risk management and accounts receivable (AR) operations to optimize cash flow, minimize financial risk, and support scalable business growth. This role is accountable for the end-to-end credit and collections strategy, execution, and performance, including leadership of the AR team including employees located in Irvine California and India. The Senior Manager partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Operations, and Finance leadership to balance credit risk management, customer expectations and commercial priorities, ensuring that credit policies, collections strategies, and AR practices align with Masimo's financial objectives, compliance requirements, and growth plans. Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; professional certifications are a plus. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 15% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance. Language requirements
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some travel may be necessary.
