YOUR IMPACT In this role you will be an entrepreneur, identifying new opportunities to help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals. You will coach, lead, and advise consultants as they develop, framing business problems in a way that they can take action to solve. You will join teams in problem solving sessions and be a thought partner to engagement managers on both team and client management. You will be based in our Dallas office as part of our broader McKinsey Transformation (MT) Practice, specifically working with our dedicated transformation team at the intersection of transformation and travel, logistics and infrastructure. You will provide your knowledge and expertise to top managers at client organizations across this industry. You are joining a firm that will invest in your professional development. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Undergraduate degree required, master's degree preferred 10+ years of professional experience working on large-scale transformations Prior experience as a consultant in a professional services firm Entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations Publication of knowledge or thought leadership in your industry space is a plus Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English Please review the additional requirements regarding essential job functions of McKinsey colleagues.
