Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute integrated campaigns that elevate EBI's brand, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role blends content creation, digital strategy, SEO, event marketing, and marketing operations-requiring both creativity and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will develop and distribute high-quality, campaign-aligned content across digital channels, support thought leadership initiatives, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. They will also play a key role in executing events, enabling sales with impactful marketing materials, and supporting core marketing systems such as HubSpot and WordPress. This is a highly collaborative position, working across marketing, sales, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life, amplify brand presence, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is designated as an in-office position reporting into our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters. As such, candidates must already be established within commutable distance and able to thrive in an office environment to be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other digital channels, driving consistent, high-quality content that grows brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage content scheduling and distribution using tools like Hootsuite and LinkedIn Amplify, and track performance to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Research industry trends and develop compelling, relevant content that supports EBI's voice in the market.
  • Ghostwrite and collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to produce content across LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, and press releases.
  • Support and execute EBI's organic SEO strategy by producing ~4-5 blogs per month aligned with business priorities.
  • Optimize content for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery, using performance data to refine and improve results.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, client events, and networking experiences.
  • Manage logistics, coordinate vendors and materials, and partner with sales to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Assist with on-site execution and post-event follow-up, including tracking performance and outcomes in HubSpot.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and case studies.
  • Ensure all assets are clear, professional, visually effective, and aligned with client needs, using tools like Canva.
  • Contribute to paid media and PR initiatives, including media partnerships and press releases.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and HR to support integrated campaigns, employee advocacy, and employer branding efforts.
  • Support website updates (WordPress), HubSpot management, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, manage internal programs such as employee Marketplace credits, and proactively identify new ideas and opportunities to strengthen marketing impact.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and Google Ads platforms, with experience supporting campaign execution and analyzing performance metrics



Qualifications and Capabilities



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, consulting, or professional services
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing or ghostwriting content for professional audiences
  • Experience managing LinkedIn content and analyzing performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization; familiarity with AI-driven content tools is a plus
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and using data to drive decisions
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Amplify, or similar platforms
  • Experience creating client-facing materials, including presentations and sales collateral; familiarity with Canva or similar design tools preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of taking initiative and contributing new ideas
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance research and content creation
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact (e.g., engagement growth, campaign performance, content results)
  • Willingness and ability to travel 2-4 times per year to support events

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
