Ecolab is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join its transportation department. Under the direction of logistics and quality leadership, you will be an analytical problem-solver, accountable for supporting processes with proven data collection and analysis skills. What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate and manage warranty administration activities

  • Track, validate, and analyze warranty claims, recoveries, and related documentation

  • Ensure compliance with warranty policies, contractual requirements, and internal procedures

  • Prepare routine and adhoc warranty reports, metrics, and trend analyses

  • Support audits, investigations, and data requests related to warranty activity

  • Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes and reduce warranty costs

  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and external service providers to resolve claims

  • Support root cause analysis efforts related to warranty issues and failures

  • Develop, maintain, and standardize warranty procedures and work instructions

  • Support new and existing business requirements related to warranty administration

  • Participate in crossfunctional projects to improve product and process performance

  • Structured as a growthoriented role with exposure to crossfunctional operations

  • Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests.

  • Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and perform various logistics activities such as account management, database maintenance, replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortage resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution and exception management activities.

Position Details:

  • Candidate must reside in Pittsburgh, PA area

  • Work week and shift: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Previous work experience in in warranty coordination, claims administration, quality, customer support, or related analytical/administrative roles

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access

  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of study

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access

  • SAP experience

  • Previous project management experience

  • Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $57,800.00 - $86,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
