About the Opportunity:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Entry-level support individual contributor.

What You'll Do:
- Work is closely supervised.

What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of J-Standard soldering experience.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as we will be working with glass products.
- Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
- Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Microscope experience.
- Soldering experience.
- Experience in handling small products/microchips
- Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology.
- Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production), Soldering certification.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork-oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Patience.
