The Opportunity: The Administrative Assistant III supports the Director of UCF Coastal (National Center for Integrated Coastal Research) and plays a central role in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Center's activities. This position is responsible for managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for seminars, workshops, and events, including room bookings and catering. The role includes maintaining and updating the Center's website and social media channels, as well as developing quarterly external-facing newsletters to promote UCF Coastal's activities and impact. The Administrative Assistant III will also manage UCF expense cards, support the organization of events to foster new collaborations, and assist with reporting requirements for the Faculty Cluster Initiative. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and digital skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support the strategic growth and visibility of the Center. This is a time-limited funded position. Employment is subject to the availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted. Responsibilities:

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. This is a time-limited funded position.
